Arsene Wenger explains what his successor can do at Arsenal that will help the Gunners to win the EPL title

Arsene Wenger wants his successor to sign more players.

Arsene Wenger believes his successor at Arsenal will succeed if he brings new players in.

The Frenchman has officially left the Gunners on Sunday, May 13, after 22 years in charge Arsenal board are expected to name a replacement for Arsene Wenger this summer.

Frenchman Arsene Wenger has stated clearly that his successor at Arsenal must bring in fresh legs to the Emirates stadium for the Gunners to be able to compete for the Premier League title.

After 22 years in charge of the North London club, Arsene Wenger signed off with a 1-0 win against Huddersfield on Sunday, May 13. Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got the only goal of the game which was his 10th since arriving the Emirates in January 2018.

Arsene Wenger however believes there is a bright future for Arsenal and the new manager starting from their campaign next season.

"I see a bright future for my successor because the team has a good attitude and quality. “The team needs some additions and if they get them I think they will compete for the Premier League title. "Do I feel relief? Not really, I'm sad. At some stage it has to end, I wish everyone well, the fans have been great until the end and I wish the club well for the future. "It will be hard to adjust of course but I will have to deal with that.

I want to wish this group of players well and the staff coming in, I will remain an Arsenal fan above everything else."
Wenger explained according to Express UK.

Premier League campaigners Everton are reportedly ready to convince outgoing Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to continue his managerial career by moving to Goodison Park.
The Frenchman has left the Emirates stadium at the end of the just concluded Premier League season and there have been reports that Wenger wants a break from coaching.

Everton look certain to axe current gaffer Sam Allardyce this summer and have been making regular inquiries about Wenger’s availability.
