Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is unsure if he will remain at the Stamford Bridge next season amidst Real Madrid.
The Belgium international was in goal for the Blues in their 1-1 draw against Barcelona in the first leg round of 16 encounter on Tuesday night.
And the former Atletico Madrid shot-stopper, who is yet to extend his contract with the current Premier League champions, claims it is stressful staying away from his two children who are in Spain. Chelsea are currently struggling to hold on to the 25-year-old and his team-mate, Eden Hazard, who are currently being targeted by Los Blancos' manager Zinedine Zidane.
But the west London club may be concerned to hear that Courtois seems to be expecting a phone call from Real's president Florentino Perez. Thibaut Courtois said that his side could have defeated Barcelona on the night but for the defensive blunder in the later in the game.
Brazil forward Willian gave the hosts the lead in the 62nd minute but his goal was cancelled by Lionel Messi’s 76th equaliser ahead of the second leg in Spain next month.
